We are looking for an Investment Research Intern to join our investment team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or undergraduate students who are eager to dive into investment research (e.g. style factors), financial data analysis, and uncover its unique characteristics compared to other industries. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Acquisition/Divestment:

• Monitoring, identifying and originating new development and/or value-add opportunities in Singapore across the asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial/business parks and mixed-use projects.
