• Create & distribute order fulfilment reports to stakeholders
• Ensure timely application of import and or export licences & file all documents appropriately
• Initiate process improvement & customer engagement projects
• Ensure data completeness & integrity in reporting
• Conduct annual customer survey, prepare analysis & action plan accordingly
• Engage & build strong relationships with key stakeholders – customers, sales team, planners, finance team, logistics team
• Support various projects within the company as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in export and shipping operations, preferably from the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
• Effective communication and collaborative skills to work seamlessly with various stakeholders
• Highly analytical and possess interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Competent in Microsoft Excel
• Possess good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong aptitude for learning new skills quickly

Monthly Basic Salary: SGD 4,800 – SGD 7,000

Job Description

1. Conduct due diligence on new and existing tenants before issuing lease offers.
2. Prepare lease documents and update lease data in the system.
3. Coordinate with solicitors for lease documentation and execution
4. Manage billing processes, including rental cash flows and deposit refunds.
5. Monitor tenant Gross Turnover Sales, submit reports, and handle leasing-related documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Estate Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in leasing.
