• Review and verify monthly/quarterly reports from Technical Managers, addressing any deviations or clarifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members from departments such as Operations, Research & Risk, Technical, and Finance.
• Learn on the job from industry experts, developing both technical and soft skills, while receiving mentorship from line managers and peers.
• Undertake additional tasks and assignments as directed by line managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
