Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 4 years of relevant HR or management consulting experiences in people management and strategy
• At least 2 years of experiences in Key/Critical Talent Strategies (Key Talent Engagement and Development)
• Experience in leading organization-wide talent management/transformation strategy, planning and executions at regional/global level is required
• Analytical with strong project management and execution skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Provide Order Management and customer support for all shipments into and out of Asia Pacific region
