• Monitor and oversee the sorting and dispatching of baggage to ensure it is directed to the correct aircraft without delays.
• Collaborate with other team, including ground crew and logistics, to guarantee seamless baggage flow throughout the process.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during baggage handling, ensuring quick corrective actions are taken.

Load Control

• Perform Weight & Balance responsibilities for departing flights, ensuring aircraft structural weights are within safety parameters.
• Complete load sheets and related Weight & Balance documentation in accordance with IATA regulations.
• Handle pre-load calculations, load distribution and planning, timely issuance of loading instructions, and presentation of load sheets to pilots before departures.

Ramp Operations

• Supervise ground handling and ramp operations to ensure efficient and safe aircraft turnaround.
• Oversee flight handling to maintain operational excellence.
• Lead and guide ground crews to maintain high standard of accountability, teamwork, and adherence to operational goals.
• Respond promptly to operational challenges or irregularities, minimizing delays and ensuring on-time performance

• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• Physically fit and comfortable with shift work.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

The Role

As a management trainee, you will be part of a cohesive team passionate about fencing and character development. You will have an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children and youth by serving as their role model in our programme focused on sportsmanship, fun, skill development and character strength development.

The position, which provides much learning and training opportunities, is demanding and requires a professional level of commitment. No experience or qualification is as important as your hunger, humility, honesty and willingness to learn and be coached.

Job Description

- You will have a special purpose and sense of fulfilment in delivering life skills and character development learning through fencing to young children. Our program will teach you the necessary fencing skills, and your role model is to exemplify the character strengths that will inspire our students to become better individuals.

- Implement and supervise programmes for all students in our academy and generate reports on their development and progress.

- Interest in creating interactive and educational activities.

- Take time to develop relationships by establishing rapport and communicate regularly with parents and teammates.

- Assist in marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals and planning and organizing events.

- Able to support day-to-day operations inclusive of retail and membership duties.
