About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. Purpose:

Supplier Management

• Provide QA oversight of Supplier management activities on site to achieve compliance with company policies and government regulations as assigned.
