Job Description

The ideal candidate’s primary objective will be to assist Management in various corporate matters and projects with the ultimate objective of being able to take on the Manager’s role. Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in identifying wide range of corporate challenges/problems and solutions needed to achieve effective outcomes.

• Assist by way of coordination and facilitation.

• Identify and analyse HR needs of each entity in the Group on an ongoing basis.

• Assist in HR matters which may include recruitment, promotion & termination, employee performance evaluations, policies & procedures, etc.

• Assist in the enhancement of reports so as to be able to more effectively monitor the progress on projects and to measure project profitability and performance against goals.

• Assist in information gathering and presentation of historical findings as necessary.

• Regularly present progress reports to Management.
