Our LNG trainee program offers fresh graduates and successful early career stage candidates a series of job rotations, providing short overseas posting and internal & external learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working with traders daily to understand the market, trading strategy as well as the basic trading skills/views.
2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future trade flows and market dynamics.
3. Evaluate the impact of global economic events, trade policies, and tariffs on company operations and trade strategies.
4. Monitor and assess the performance of paper and physical trades, providing actionable feedback and recommendations.
5. Coordinate the scheduling and execution of LNG cargo operations, including loading and unloading activities at terminals and vessels.
6. Understand the key term sheet, risk/mismatch points during the physical trading process
7. Understand the shipping cost evaluation/shipping optimization
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and compliance departments, to optimize cargo operations and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. Singapore citizen
2. Bachelor degree or above, mathematics background is preferred.
3. Fresh graduate or working experience within 3 years.
4. Good communication skill
5. Excellent teamwork skills with a preference for action and accountability
6. Meticulous, detailed oriented and adaptability to changing environment
7. Can work under pressure.

Job Description:

- Learn and be competent in both service and kitchen staff details.

- Supervises to make sure every staff are following SOP.

- Maintain hygiene,sanitary and cleanliness standards while assisting to enforce security and safety measures.

- Maintain critical standard: holding times, service speed and quality, raw and furnished product quality.

- Business analysis: collect daily sales data, marketing data, consolidate and report to the supervisor.

- Problem solving: attending issue arises in restaurant and solve with professionally.

- Planning: duty roster for every staff in the outlet weekly.

- Perform any ad-hoc duties as requsted

Job Requirements:

- Good interpersonal skills and passionate about helping customers

- Willingness to learn new skills

- Require to speak English and Chinese to lead and train our kitchen/service crew who will only be able to speak either the languages. We will also require you to translate in both languages when there is a need by your supervisors.

- Able to work independently

Due to the nature of the job, you are require to work on-site.
