Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Oil Broker, you'll embark on a comprehensive 6-9 month training program in Singapore, with the opportunity to relocate to Shanghai upon completion. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll develop the skills and knowledge required to:

• Monitor financial markets and stay abreast of market developments to provide informed support to clients.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of traded products, including new offerings and procedural updates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored broking services.
• Cultivate and expand existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to establish new partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, data, and statistics to identify business opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of pricing spreads.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date trade records.
• Provide support for day-to-day tasks, including ad hoc reporting, research, and client communications, as assigned by management.

-Assist the Kitchen staff to do basic food preparation

-Ensure the Kitchen section have everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen

-Assist in managing cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area

-Use initiative and work in a team

-Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
