Job Requirements
1. Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in financial management, accounting, or a related field recognized by Singapore.
2. Have financial work experience in the technology, business services, or financial services industry, with priority given to those with experience in local Singaporean companies or multinational corporations.
3. Have 2-3 years of work experience in financial management or management accounting.
4. Have a deep understanding of SFRS or IFRS accounting standards and be familiar with the practical operation processes of ECI and ANNUAL FILLING.
5. Have good communication and collaboration skills in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), able to communicate smoothly with international teams, and effectively execute headquarters’ requirements in a timely manner.
6. Have a good sense of business and tax policy sensitivity and judgment, pay attention to industry tax policy dynamics, and provide valuable financial and tax advice to the company.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the review and accounting of the company’s income and expenditure, ensuring compliance and accuracy in accounting treatment and archives.
2. Prepare individual and consolidated financial statements monthly.
3. Responsible for the company’s tax support and declaration work, ensuring that the company’s tax work strictly follows Singaporean regulations and processes.
4. Capable of handling relatively complex financial and tax issues, ensuring the realization of the company’s financial goals.
5. Interface with external agencies such as Singapore ACRA, IRAS, AR (Registry), auditors, and banks, and maintain good communication.
6. Act as a financial communication bridge between Singapore and the China headquarters, accurately convey information, and execute the financial requirements of the headquarters.
