ROLE PROFILE:

• Play an integral role in delivering consulting services to client companies. Areas of project focus will include: ESG strategy and framework, Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure, TCFD/IFRS, sustainability program development and implementation.
• Have significant responsibility for managing key accounts and large-scale Sustainability program, developing sustainability communications for key stakeholders, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Fulfill certain internal management responsibilities of ERM including: planning and budgeting, training and professional development of the sustainability consultants, and interfacing with other practice areas and project teams within ERM.
• The candidate should have experience in developing direct reports, business and client skills.
• Consulting experience and/or proven ability to perform the key functions of a consultant, including: developing and maintaining client relationships; pursuing and creating business opportunities; and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with little oversight.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong writer and ability to translate complex issues into concise, relevant stories.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are desired, along with facilitation skills.
