Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Management Trainee located in Chijmes. Our client offers gourmet menus of exceptional value in a wide variety of restaurant concepts together with a catering arm. You will be responsible for training to manage full outlet operations, including kitchen duties, beverage preparation, quality assurance, manpower planning, and cost control. It also requires engaging in suggestive selling based on customers' interests, ensuring the store runs smoothly on a daily basis, maintaining cleanliness, and handling any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum NITEC in F&B/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree
• Entry Level are welcome, training will be provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be trained to handle full outlet operations such as backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, beverages making procedure, quality assurance, manpower planning & cost controlling.
• Provide suggestive selling accordingly to customers' interests.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the store
• Ensure cleanliness of the store at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Other Requirement

• High interests in F&B industry
• Prefer 1 atleast one year experince at BOH

• Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard and ensure compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Report accidents/incidents to the superior promptly.

• Create great service experiences for customers to achieve our service standard intended

• Manage stock level and maintain neat and organized janitorial/store areas

• Undertake any duties/projects as assigned by the Superior

• Good character and commmunication skills

• Technical skills: Able to use cleaning equipments and operate cleaning machine

• Able to manage fast pace and flexible schedule

• Able to travel to different work sites each day
