Preparation

• Learn the operation process of the bakery department

- Advance preparation, weighing is done accurately, check extensibility and following the daily mixing schedule

• Dividing - Understanding the characteristics of each dough and able to perform troubleshooting

• Shaping - Understanding the amount of portion filling, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly and according to the procedure

• Baking - Understanding and following the baking procedure and process

• Filing - Can weight correctly and understand the expiration date of each filling

• Sanitation – Understand and follow the correct cleaning procedures

• Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager such as housekeeping

1. Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations such as Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc;

2. Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position;

3. Learn from experienced employees to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training;

4. Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.

6. Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail supervisors develop operations plans for their teams and make sure those plans are executed.

Your role:

iC2 is looking for a motivated, dedicated and compassionate trainee vision teacher to teach and guide our students with low vision – a crucial role that drives our impact in Singapore.

What will you do?

• Instructs students with visual impairment in the various programmes.
• Prepare sequential and meaningful instruction based on student’s assessed needs.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine student’s needs and produce written reports.
• Provides assistance to schools and classroom teachers in identifying and addressing student’s educational needs, procurement of assistive technology equipment, and access arrangements for national examinations.

About you:

Education and knowledge required:

• Degree holder from recognised local or international university, with a MOE teaching qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching in local mainstream schools.
• Knowledge of low vision equipment is an advantage.
• Good command of English language. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Working rights:

• Must be a Singaporean Citizen.
• Must be willing to travel to different parts of Singapore to conduct lessons in homes of students.
