The Student Management Officer will collaborate with the Discipline team to provide professional service in planning, implementing, and enforcing the school's student management processes.

Job Responsibilities:
Student Discipline and Monitoring
· Conduct regular patrols of school premises and nearby areas
· Oversee school discipline during assigned hours
· Document and file discipline cases
· Investigate and manage minor discipline cases
· Monitor and follow up on recalcitrant offenders
· Address uniform and grooming issues
Supervision and Support
· Supervise students on in-school suspension
· Oversee student guidance and engagement programmes as scheduled
· Assist with student management, including supervision during school activities and recess.
· Able to provide basic counselling to students.
External Liaison
· Liaise with external agencies when necessary, ensuring proper handover of ongoing cases between shifts
Security and Safety
· Assist with review of school CCTV system during assigned shift
Administrative Support
· Assist Internal Assessment Committee with escort duties during examinations as per shift schedule
· Provide administrative and technical support as required during the assigned shift
Additional Responsibilities
· During HBL days and school holidays, officers will be attached to the School Admin Team and/or School Operations Team to assist with administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned.
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline; preferably from a local polytechnic (those without a diploma and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply)
· At least 3 years of relevant work experience
· Excellent attitude, good interpersonal skills, has initiative and good at relating with teenagers.
· Good planning, analytical and communication skills.
· To work with external agencies like MHA, the Police, CNB, the Court, MCYS, Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWOs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) (when required)
· Ability to communicate fluently in English and one other national language
· Able to communicate and work with teenagers and parents
· Able to manage teenagers with good child psychology
· Able to manage and provide information and data to Discipline department and School Operations.
· Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
· A dynamic and motivated individual with good organising abilities, interpersonal skills.
