Some examples of typical trainee work are set out below:

1. Legal research - Company searches are regularly requested, but more detailed or complicated research may also be required. The corporate team in Singapore and/or the PSL team in the UK can guide you if you cannot answer the question yourself or need some direction.
2. Due Diligence – Diligencing corporate and other documentation (e.g. share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, constitutive documents, corporate resolutions), drafting relevant sections of a due diligence report, liaising with other departments and external legal advisers, and coordinating the production of the report generally. Setting up and maintaining data rooms, including liaising with the client, corporate finance advisers and counterparties.

As a Management Trainee, your main goal will be to learn and master various aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to operations management, human resources management, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. Through this training program, you will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare for future senior management positions.

Job Specification:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, education, psychology, or other related fields.
• Skills: Leadership and teamwork abilities, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, project management skills.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

Mon : off

Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

Requirements

• No prior preschool teaching experience required
• A minimum B4 grade for English Language (EL1)
• A degree or local poly diploma or 5 O-level credits
• Willing to be part of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Career Trial (CT)
• Singaporeans or PRs are preferred
