Job Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operations/maintenance/repair work orders in M&E, infrastructure and building works in throughout the Resort.

• Perform day-to-day inspection, data logging, corrective and preventive maintenance on facilities and system including electrical, mechanical, infrastructure.

• Manage and supervise contractors on maintenance/repairs/renovations/A&A Projects.

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.

• Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous.

• Able to perform after office hours when required or 12 hours rotating shifts.

Job Description:

You report to the Outlet Manager. Your job responsibilities mainly include the following:

• Carry out daily operations in the service department to maintain and improve service quality and environment cleanliness.
• Provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions from customers.
• Monitor outlet operations to ensure compliance with all our company service guidelines and safety procedures.
• Enforce restaurant quality, service and value standards, keep outlet clean and tidy to create a comfortable environment for customers.
• Cooperate with our Outlet-in-charge to continuously improve service standards and provide support as necessary to ensure service crew can carry out assigned task Any other duties as assigned by your superior.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Commercial After-sales Service Department.
• Cooperate with relevant matrix functions in the dealership (eg: Commercial Department, Parts Sales Management, Service Management)
• Take measures in improving results such as team motivation, streamlining work flows to meet business objectives.
• Manage and control After-sales standard processes and audit exercise as per manufacturer's requirements.
• Ensure workshop compliance within legal requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationship with manufacturer.
• Due diligence in all repairs and minimize downtime of vehicles.
• Monitor warranty campaigns and service bus workshop team at various bus depots.
• Keep in touch with the automotive bodies/authorities and major competitors for constant assessments of business condition/situation to keep track closely of the relevancy of the strategies deployed. Stay abreast with industry standards and market condition.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, with 5 years of relevant working experience in workshop management.
• Possess relevant working experience in automotive industry with a good understanding of after-sales operation.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial role with hands- on experience on both mechanical and electrical skills.
• People Management, particularly in terms of educating teamwork for achievement through building strong alliances.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well, cross function and at all levels, with the ability to provide solutions and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications. Knowledge in SAP and CRM, an added advantage.

Job Description

• Procurement and purchasing of building system and equipment
• Support Property Management on paperwork and monthly reports
• Support in all tender exercises
• Source of Service Providers for approved vendors list
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Yardi system
• Comply with government procurement procedures for calling tenders/ quotations and recommending awards of contracts to the tender board

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion
• Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement
• Project site management and coordination
• Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status report
• Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed
• To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer
• Assist the Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies
• To ensure all ISD personnel and sub-contractors adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the ISD personnel and sub-contractor work activity and review their JSRA
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline
• Min 2 years of project management experience in industrial area
