The Access & Identity Management (AIM) team is a critical component of Global Information Security and is responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate access to technology systems and resources within the Firm.

The AIM administrator is responsible for user administration functions across all technology platforms and applications, including:

• Managing user accounts, permissions and entitlements in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX, Cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), 350+ business applications and client’s state-of-the-art trading and asset management platform.
• Maintaining appropriate user entitlements throughout the employee lifecycle (Joiners/Movers/Leavers).
• Project work relating to system migrations and onboarding new systems to AIM management.

Requirement：

The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met.

The Senior/Executive (Facilities Management) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
