• Monitor Network Master Control Room and provide “Air Traffic Control” for all Network changes
• Provide reporting and communication of change activity, including incidents that may be related to change
• Facilitate escalation to NOC and Change leadership teams
• Identify possible production failure scenarios through eyes on glass monitoring of IT infrastructure Services
• React to the failure according to business impact, and communicates with management and technical escalation
• Initiate production support triage efforts for network infrastructure incidents, manage bridge line troubleshooting and appropriate team engagement, engage in technical research and troubleshooting, and escalate to next level of leadership as needed
• Provide status updates and technical detail for awareness communications, ensure accuracy of all communications sent, and ensure any necessary follow-ups are scheduled
• Responsible for data quality and completion of incident tickets, including ensuring all impacts are accurately recorded and documented in the system of record.
• Work ad-hoc reports and offline incidents at the direction of the senior team members or leadership
• Promote and enforce production governance during triage/testing and fix efforts, exercises judgment within defined procedures and practice

Requirements:

• Experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering, and consistently work independently in performing activities.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols with the ability to adopt new technologies and troubleshooting methodology (including the use of proactive and reactive tools).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Able to work on their own and successfully in team settings in various sizes and locations.

Job Scope:

• Provide support to the Team and Directorates on the housekeeping of documents, files and emails in in-house system for migration to Secured Repo (S repo)
• Pre-migration to S Repo e.g. provides advice to Directorates during reclassification process, work with stakeholders to map/rename existing folders (based on their contents) to National Archives of Singapore (NAS) approved taxonomy, splitting of high resolution (e.g. TIFF format) files/documents based on upload file size limitation in S Repo
• Post migration to S Repo e.g. work with stakeholders to move documents, files and emails into the existing NAS approved taxonomy and assist Secure Repo Agency Admin in the creation of new folders in S repo, set-up/verification of access rights in S repo
• Work with Directorates to create new taxonomies for secret records e.g. provide advice to KM reps on the completion of Series Appraisal forms for submission to NAS (include series appraisals for Confidential records where applicable)
• Liaise and follow up with NAS on new series appraisals (include series appraisals for Confidential records where applicable)

The Role

Reporting to the Treasury Leader and working in a team, you will manage the liquidity position of the Group, including effecting payments and monitoring receipts, look after all matters relating to bank accounts and cash management platform, reconciliation of cash/account balances (actual vs anticipated receipts) including foreign currency, maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets on a number of accounts. You will also arrange payments and ensuring sufficient cash reserves for upcoming payments across various bank accounts including in foreign currencies. Optimising interest income on cash balances, fixing money market deposits with banks/financial institutions. Following up with banks on payments and receipts as well as general communication. Checking bank charges and interest accrued (both credit and debit). Preparation of cash flow projections & reports. Other key responsibilities include maintenance and opening of bank accounts (including those pledged to banks), updating details of bank accounts, authorized signatories, addresses etc. You are also responsible for all KYC documentation, co-ordinating with banks on the annual audit confirmation required by auditors, performing compliance checks on the payment transactions and keeping in constant contact with principals, and other companies working for the same principals.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance with ideally 5 years of relevant cash management experience in a mid-large MNC. We are looking out for a meticulous and self-motivated Cash Management Manager with excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential to have good Excel skills and it will be advantageous to have prior working knowledge of Kyriba treasury management system.
