Job Responsibilities
1. According to the company's annual strategic direction, be fully responsible for the overall management of the Asia-Pacific region;
2. Responsible for the company's supplier management, international procurement costs, logistics costs, production costs, and warehousing costs, and ensure the delivery and quality of materials;
3. Responsible for the development of the group's international business, the development of overseas markets, the layout of overseas projects, and the organization and implementation to ensure the realization of the strategic goals and investment promotion goals of the division;
4. Responsible for the communication, coordination and connection between the group headquarters and the relevant persons in charge of the overseas business platform;
5. Responsible for the research and formulation of the group's overseas investment strategy, and organize its implementation, explore overseas investment projects, grasp and judge relevant investment opportunities and risks;
6. Responsible for the specific work plan and task allocation arrangement of overseas project investment, work closely with team members to complete the work of acquisition and merger projects, and ensure the overall project quality;
8. Responsible for the comprehensive management of overseas business team building and talent selection.
Qualifications
1. Experience in catering or retail management system, with experience in first-line brand enterprises preferred;
2. High level of Chinese and English, both Chinese and English can be used as working languages, Cantonese is preferred;
3. Rich professional knowledge, including procurement management, process management, logistics, warehousing and other modules;
4. Have clear business planning and support capabilities for external partners (franchisees, etc.) and the ability to increase store turnover.
5. Have the ability to organize, communicate, coordinate relevant departments and integrate resources, understand and deepen the business processes and standards of the company's core departments;
6. Understand international policy trends and market economic changes, have a business mind, and have insight into the market macro-economy.
