ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region;
• Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital;
• Screening and selection of suitable candidates within reasonable timeframes to present short lists to management, which may include the use of psychometric tests to determine suitability of candidates as well as initial interviews;
• Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction;
• Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles;

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house;
• Prior experience into hiring general & admin, corporate, regional positions will be required
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, Boolean strings);Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works, including but not limited to the following:

• To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
• Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary.
• Manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.
• Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
• To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
• Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experienced in Township management will be an added advantage.
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to speak Mandarin to interact with the residents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/ PHs where required
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

• Implement KKV's training programs and policies, ensuring all staff are up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of store staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in a related field preferred.

• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
