• Fabricate and perform approved minor repairs on airframe sheet metal parts, electrical wirings and/or subsystem assemblies' components
• Perform simple operational checks on aircraft system and/ or component using appropriate test sets / tools to ensure serviceability and airworthy in accordance with national regulatory, company procedures and safety requirements

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC in any discipline OR
• Diploma in any discipline OR
• Minimum 3 GCE "O"/ "N"/"A" Level (Passes in English/Maths/Science)
• Passionate in working on aircraft and technical work

Job Description

As a trainee broker, your role will focus on maintaining up-to-date trade records, providing exceptional pricing and broking services to clients, and contributing to business development within the energy and commodities sector. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction while adhering to the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Support & Reporting:

• Update Excel spreadsheets and prepare detailed reports for clients.
• Provide accurate pricing and broking services to clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Input trades into clearing exchanges accurately and in a timely manner

2. Trade & Record Management:

• Compile, organise, and maintain accurate and up-to-date trade records in accordance with company standards.

3. Market & Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a deep understanding of energy and commodity markets, including oil, gas, and metals.
• Continuously monitor and update knowledge on market trends and product developments to provide valuable insights.

4. Business Development:

• Drive business growth within the energy and commodities market by building new client relationships.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure their seamless integration into PBS’s services.
• Identify and pursue internal cross-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ needs

5. Client Relationship Management:

• Interact closely with clients to develop long-term, collaborative relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by resolving queries and addressing any concerns promptly.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Adhere to the company's governance, risk, and compliance policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the energy and commodities markets.

Requirements

1. Education:

Candidates must have qualifications in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2. Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong spreadsheet management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen problem-solving mindset.
• Fast learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Constructive approach to handling disagreements and reaching resolutions.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Mandarin or additional languages is a plus.

3. Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though prior sales experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the warehousing function within the organisation.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and returns.
• Maintain warehouse inventory efficiently, ensuring accuracy against the system.
• Implement continuous improvements for warehouse functions and activities.
• Develop and build capabilities of warehouse coordinators and assistants.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the superior and management.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Basic English and Mandarin (Spoken & Written).
• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Availability to work on weekends with weekdays off.
• Mandatory forklift license.

• 6 Days Work Week
• Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
