Responsibilities

To lead the SWIFT Migration project through full lifecycle:

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage project scope.

The team works alongside wider Schroders Solutions, APAC Client Group teams and other investment desks the team is responsible for the design, delivery and post launch support to wide array of investors.

Launched at the end of 2022 and based in Singapore, the team supports GBP2.8bn of exposures across multiple mandates and has seen a significant growth both in terms of AUM and complexity of mandates that it supports. Who we’re looking

We’re looking for a mid-level Solutions Manager to join our Asia Client Solutions team reporting to the Head of Asia Client Solutions and to be based in Singapore. You will have a crucial role in establishing and developing the Schroders Solutions presence in the region and strengthening connectivity with colleagues in London. While exposure to different areas will be provided, it is expected that main focus area will be working with Family Offices and other institutional investors including pension schemes.

• Experience in legal and investment guideline elements of client agreements and investment management agreements

• An ability to show initiative, value teamwork, effectively prioritise tasks and juggle competing business requirements
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation and sales skills
