Qualifications:

• Bachelor or other advanced degree in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, life sciences or relevant scientific or management field.
• Proven success in programme and project management, preferably in a research or academic setting. PMP certification is a preferred.
• Strong understanding of bioinformatics and life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

As Management Associate, you will support our Chief of Staff in the execution of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to help Geniebook achieve its mission of being the largest education company in Southeast Asia. This role is dynamic and will work with all departments and all levels of the organisation. Jobscope:

• Manage cross-functional strategic projects under the Chief of Staff’s guidance to help Geniebook achieve its mission of being the largest education company in Southeast Asia
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on key projects
• Provide high-level administrative support to the company, including monitoring key business metrics, planning and facilitation of leadership meetings and Company Round-Ups, and preparing reports to investors and the Board
• Explore and follow through on potential partnerships, new business opportunities, and new revenue streams for Geniebook
• Identify high-leverage opportunities for improvement within the company, devise solutions, and bring them to life to create organisation-wide impact
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required (no two days are the same!)

• Good Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or other relevant fields
