• Standardize job descriptions to a standard format
• Conduct orientation program for Singapore new hires
• Support/contribute to other projects relating to talent acquisition

HR Administration:

• Provide employee relations support. Examples include processing new hires, employee changes and terminations, clarification on claims and leave entitlements, calculation of overtime/incentives, administration of referral programs, benefits administration and other similar duties.
• Collate and analyse HR turnover and hiring reports from Australia
• Organise lunch time training sessions for employees
• Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance
• appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
• Assist to communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handle administration of all contract labour
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resource, and at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition experience in both in-house recruitment or Employment Agencies
• Good in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Some traveling is expected

You have

• 6 years of experience in UXUI design or relevant degree
• Attention to detail

• Understanding of UXUI design for both web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of Sketch and InVision a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and their families upon arrival.
• Provide directional guidance within the facility, helping visitors locate clinics, wards, and amenities such as the kopitiam.
• Offer physical support to patients with crutches or in wheelchairs, including assistance from taxis to the entrance.
• Maintain a friendly and empathetic demeanor, addressing any questions or concerns from patients and their families.
• Support staff in managing visitor flow and ensuring a smooth registration process.

The Incident and Problem specialist is responsible for leading the resolution of major technology incidents that impact customers, ensuring quick action, timely updates to stakeholders, and post-incident analysis to drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive major incident resolution with cross-team coordination.
• Escalate issues causing delays or SLA breaches.
• Review and close incidents, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Analyze incident trends and manage KPIs.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings.
• Track and close problem tickets and preventive actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RCA and KPI tracking.
