The Senior Manager/Manager (Academic Operations) will play a key role in driving student engagement, overseeing academic operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements. Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement

• Cultivate a positive and enriching learning environment that enhances the student experience.
• Serve as the main point of contact for students, addressing concerns and providing guidance throughout their academic journey.

2. Academic Operations

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in academic operations, education management, or a related field.
