Universal Pictures International (UPI) owns and operates direct theatrical marketing and distribution of feature films in many locations across the globe including Austria, Australia, China, Korea, Italy, Germany, India, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Switzerland, and UK & Eire. The Finance Manager will be responsible for finance business partnering with the business units, monthly reporting, budget and forecasting, ad-hoc requirement from FC, and providing financial analysis to Global Supply Chain.

Monthly Reporting

• Analyse budget and forecast variances and advise management of variances, risks and opportunities.
• Monitoring of Inventory (Weeks of Cover), Supply Chain Loss, Conversion Spending and other KPIs to identify and analyse trends.

Forecasting and Budgeting

• Assist Finance Director in the development of the forecast, plan, and other global manufacturing financial requirements.
• Work closely with finance and related stakeholders in the preparation of the periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) forecasts and for identifying and analysing trends.
• Liaise with cost centre owners to develop their quarterly and annual forecasts
• Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.

Others

• Support the roll-out of new financial reporting systems or upgrades
• Factory Operational Control Framework (FOCF) lead for ASEAN to work with Controllers directly
• Costing setup for virtual plant in RO as part of double hop,
• Working with Supply Services team for NTR BU
• Liaise with Global Supply Finance teams, monthly reporting and submissions
• Bridge with Project team for reporting purpose and assist in legal entity reporting and control related work
• Work closely and proactively with internal and external parties to ensure that internal controls are met on an ongoing basis

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent MBA and/or CPA
