We are looking for an Area Manager to join the Field Engineering Department at Site.

Main duties will be:

• Coordinate all engineering works and disciplines in his area
• Coordinate & Manage Model Reviews, issuance and closure of Clash reports, Site Surveys as appropriate
• Be familiar with the engineering budget for the project
• Buy into and agree the Project schedule for effectively managing the progress against schedule, and suggest / agree remedial action where necessary with the Lead Discipline Engineers
• Know and understand schedule milestones. Be aware of any bonuses and penalties on milestones. Understand what engineering have to contribute to successfully achieve milestones. Manage the Lead Discipline Engineers to achieve the milestones
• Understand constructability issues and ensure these are reflected in the design
• Require engineering work to be executed in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications and standards, including Wood health, safety, environmental and quality procedures
• Ensure that the change flags are raised by the respective disciplines to the Project Engineering manager (PEM) / Project Manager (PM).
• Prepare the miscellaneous documents (e.g. construction contract requisitions) in accordance with guidelines provided by the PEM / Manager – Project Engineering
• Follow up with Lead Engineers for adequate and appropriate population of the DMS for accurate progress updating as required

Main requirements:

• At least 10 years of related experience in an Engineering department in oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as Project Engineer.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align loyalty program campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize CRM processes.
• Manage and conceptualize marketing campaigns via new and existing channels to create, build and maintain strong customer loyalty and relationships
• Ensure consistent and optimum utilization of marketing channels, loyalty programs and campaigns to create, build and maintain strong customers
• Drive initiatives to engage customers across all communications channels
• Responsible for segmentation and profiling of customer database to support end-to-end campaign execution, from requirement gatherings, extractions, executions, communications and report tracking of campaign performance
• Transform customer data into actionable insights to drive intelligent customer engagement

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume Customer Experience and/or Customer Service function
• At least 1 previous background in managing a medium to large scale CRM implementation project
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms
• Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in fashion/ retail industry and/or E-Commerce industry.
