Responsibilities:

2. Develop and implement sales targets, employee training plans, and service improvement measures.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience Requirements:

· - At least 3 years of outlet operations or management experience in Western fast-food chains. Familiarity with new store openings is preferred.

· - Prior experience as a Area manager or similar role managing 5 or more outlets.
