About the Role:

As our Account Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our influencer marketing campaigns while managing and mentoring a team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with our internal team and influencers to ensure smooth execution of projects, high-quality content delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

This senior position requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing, a proven track record in agency work, team management experience, and excellent client relationship skills.

Client Management

Managing Client Updates

• Keep clients informed about project progress and updates.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Managing Client Calls

• Ability to lead client calls remotely via Zoom and in-person meetings when needed.

Managing Client Onboarding

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and information is collected.

Campaign & Influencer Management

Managing KOL Shortlisting and Scripts

• Identify and shortlist Influencers & Creators for campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and approval of content & scripts for KOLs.

Influencer Coordination

• Shortlist Influencers for client campaigns using our process.
• Work closely with our network of influencers and content creators to ensure they receive clear briefs and guidelines for content creation.
• Assist in their content creation.
• Monitor influencer deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance.

Budget Management

• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Ensure expenditures stay within allocated budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Management

• Leadership & Oversight: Lead and manage the team’s daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and campaigns run smoothly.
• Training & Development: Train and mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and provide resources for improvement.
• Resource Allocation: Distribute workload efficiently, balancing team capacity with project needs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong communication within the team and with clients to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain team morale.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and maintain updated SOPs.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and integrating new team members effectively.

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process.
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the clinic
• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinics to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients
• Manage day-to-day counter management,e.g answering enquiries through email or phone, following up on appointment etc
• Plan monthly/weekly manpower manning schedule
• Cultivate a positive working environment by promoting employee engagement and development
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery in a timely manner
• Manage the clinic's facilities, billing system and inventory
• Supervise and manage logistics for the coordination of products and vendors
• Ensure all clinical and operational KPIs (sales revenue) of the clinic are met or exceeded
• Manage and review operation policies and procedures in accordance with organizational and MOH requirements
• Work with Doctors to develop aesthetic clinic protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Suitable candidate should possess minimum 2 years' of relevant experience from service industry such as aesthetic, spa, beauty, retail, or healthcare
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
• Relevant sales experience in beauty or aethetic industry
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Basic PC skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willingness to learn
