Ship building Planning and Preparation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage High Net Worth client portfolios.
• Serve domestic clients in Singapore and international clients from non-assigned countries.
• Promote a comprehensive range of financial products, including FX Trades, Bonds, Structured Notes, Funds, and Bancassurance.
• Leverage the bank’s broad product offerings to fulfill clients' wealth management objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, needs, and concerns, managing the overall client experience.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and offer tailored banking and investment solutions.
  Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups on all requests and issues.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing client relationships, enhancing revenue growth.
• Seek new business opportunities by networking and generating leads within the assigned region.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing monitoring of their financial needs.
  Ensure clients' portfolios are aligned with their long-term goals and offer timely solutions to address any changes in their financial situation.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients and provide advice on managing their assets, liabilities, and investments.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various banking products, investment options, and financial planning.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest financial trends, regulations, and market conditions to advise clients appropriately.
• Tailor product offerings to suit the needs and risk profiles of clients, helping them make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager within Priority/Privilege/Premier Banking.
• Personal Bankers with a proven sales track record or Financial Advisors qualified for MDRT are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated sales expertise and ability to work with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
• Knowledge of wealth management products like FX, bonds, and structured notes.
