We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in the execution of complex FPSO projects within the oil and gas industry. The incumbent is responsible for the overall engineering scope, ensuring technical integrity, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of the project.

Key Duties and Responsibities:

• Perform as Technical Authority for the FPSO Engineering scope of work.
• Develop and execute the overall engineering strategy for FPSO projects, aligning with project objectives and client requirements, in accordance with the legal obligations, contract terms, scope of work, technical requirements and company policy.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers across various disciplines (e.g., process, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation).
• Ensure the technical feasibility, integrity, and quality of engineering deliverables.
