• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains
• Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps

• 3+ years experience in partnership, P&L and senior stakeholder management

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hostel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures and manuals to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor hostel cleanliness, safety, and service standards, addressing any gaps promptly.
• Manage booking systems, track reservations, and optimize occupancy rates.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
• Develop and promote events or activities to enhance guest engagement and build a sense of community.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests or escalated issues.
• Assist with manual tasks such as setting up communal areas, minor repairs, or helping with housekeeping when needed.
• Regularly inspect facilities to ensure they are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related working experience in a backpacking environment or hostel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to assist with manual or physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Shows application of extensive knowledge in neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and neuropharmacology relative to the monitoring and clinical testing.
• Demonstrates knowledge and practice of electrical safety relevant to equipment.
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of current practices in neuromonitoring, maintained through extensive reading of published literature and practice standards.
• Applies electrodes accurately to optimize stimulus and recording parameters.
• Troubleshoots artefacts in order to eliminate recording or electrical interference.
• Discusses procedures with patients in a professional manner in order to reduce anxiety and fear.
• Preoperatively reviews planned operative procedures and orders for monitoring to determine structures at risk and the monitoring that will be required.
• Discusses monitoring strategy with the surgeon and anesthetist prior to surgery.
• Intraoperatively is responsible for the application of the appropriate montages and modalities for monitoring based on specifics of the case.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical science or health sciences, preferably with a major relating to physiology, cognitive neuroscience or neurophysiology.
• Clinical neurophysiology or previous intra-operative neurological experience is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of evoked potentials and familiarity with electromyography, nerve conduction studies and electroencephalography is essential.
• Experience in sales of medical devices, or in surgical department, is desired.
• Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends).
• Must be comfortable working and supporting cases in Operating Theatres during and outside of business hours.
