Role Responsibilities

• To investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults and carry out field troubleshooting and repair of Faeth products at customers’ site both locally & overseas including component ordering.
• To provide training to end customer for Faeth equipment supplied based on the user manual, providing technical instruction and assistance to customer regarding installation, commissioning, operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.
• To collect feedback on customer’s experience or products quality issues and report to Product Design Team for product improvement.
• Upon completion of a project to participate in post mortem meeting with management for evaluation of the project results and project problem faced and provide recommendations to Management for future improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience with strong understanding of project planning, project management functions, sourcing and technical planning in semiconductor, oil & gas field.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in gathering, organizing and analyz-ing data from web based data, focusing on key performance indicators such as waste and recycling tonnage.
• Liaising with operations: Work closely with operational teams ensure timely and accurate submission of operations data. Provide support and guidance to operations as needed to improve data reporting processes.
• Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Perform regular data quality checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sustainability data. Identify discrepancies or issues and work with local teams to resolve them.
• Updating of route plan masterlist: Assist in the updating process for new collection data points.
• Liaising with estate managers: Provide estate managers sustainability data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Data Entry & Updates: Ensure that all sustainability data is entered into the relevant tracking systems on time and in line with reporting sched-ules.
• Develop & Maintain Reporting Tools: Assist in creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sustaina-bility performance.
• Reporting Support: Help prepare periodic sustainability reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with customer service team to serve as a joint point of contact for sustainability data
• Ad-hoc Project Support: Assist with various sustainability initiatives and projects as required, providing data support and helping to implement new programs or processes

Requirements:

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in sustainability data or related fields.
• Graduated from a diploma program in Environmental Science, Sustaina-bility, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets. Data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python) is a plus but not required.
• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact, with a willingness to learn and contribute to global sustainability efforts

The role will focus on leveraging AI and robotics to achieve automated assembly and inspection solutions.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics, AI, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on AI and robotics.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying robotic systems and AI-driven inspection tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, C# or Java.
• Expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) including machine learning algorithm and robotic platforms (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC).
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus, IoT etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Certification in Robotics or AI.
• Safety certifications related to industrial automation (e.g., ISO 13849).
