Roles & Responsibilities

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

The responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.

• Field Deployment: Interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Scope of Works (SOW) issued by Design Engineering team. The main role of Architectural Designer is to design and supervise Data Center projects (fit-out, brown field, green field). Architecturally the design shall be neat but still practical and functional. Additionally,
due to the nature of facility as Data Center, M&E is the key component of the building and Architectural and Structural elements need to be well coordinated with M&E. Therefore, skills to coordination and collaboration with M&E designers are essential. Job scope

• Perform Architectural consultancy works locally and internationally.
  (For some projects, Architectural Consultant will work together)
