Onsite Support Engineer
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of hands-on support for IT Services
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft products (Office 365)
- Experience in creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines and processes
- Handle incidents and requests defined as per defined in processes and SLA
- Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
