• Responsible for preparing and modifying precast schematic, detailed, and production drawings for precast concrete components, steel moulds, and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.
• Preparation of 2D and 3D design drawings and presentation
• Develop solutions for technical and design complications with reference to the Singapore’s established standards.
• Responsible for the performance of elementary designation computations and compilation of data.
• Participate in client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and design and construction meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related working experience

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work adheres to approved method statements and complies with BCA's Good Industry Practice (GIP) guidelines.
• Develop and implement robust QA/QC plans to maintain consistent quality across all phases of the project.
• Monitor subcontractor workers across all trades, promptly identify defects, and ensure proper rectification to meet project standards.
• Effectively communicate non-conformances, corrective actions and preventive measures through the issuance and management of site memos.
• Draw up clear and accurate QA/QC reports and assist in the preparation of QM submissions.
• Arrange and coordinate with BCA for CONQUAS assessments.
• Follow-up and manage all required tests as per contract specifications and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Conduct or participate in inspections at precast and structural steel work facilities (Malaysia and Singapore).
• Facilitate a smooth handover process during inspections and address client defects promptly during the Defect Liability Period.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of experience in construction QA/QC.
• Good knowledge in construction quality control/assurance principles and practices
• Excellent skills in construction management software and QA/QC documentation tools.
