about the job

• Overall in charge for all site coordination and execution relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters.
• Leading in design coordination with consultants / client and authorities.
• Assist PM in project management. Assists PM in preparing monthly reports.
• Review shop drawings / materials / MOS.
• To ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved (site staff, CTD, suppliers and subcontractors).
• To study drawings / specifications and check for discrepancies.
• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with different trades and authorities.
• Take lead in VDC for MEP related matters. Cross check BIM model with contract drawings and other disciplines, such as architectural, structural, etc.
• Establish and implement quality control measures for MEP works after consulting with PM and Quality and Service Department.
• To work with PM and Site Manager in planning and executing temporary works, in particular, the temporary services.

skills & experience required

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Preferably in condominium projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and BIM.
• Able to manage group of engineers and supervisors.
