● Implement effectively any tasks or projects as assigned by Supervisor as prioritized by business need.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

● Engineering Degree or equivalent

● Singapore Certified Energy Manager (preferable)

● Advance degree, such as Masters, would be a plus

● Work experience required with 5-20 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, consultancy or equivalent industry

● Demonstrate leadership behavior in alignment with our leadership standards

Functional Competencies

● Demonstrated project management expertise to execute large and/or complex projects, work in cross-functional teams to complete projects successfully within budget, schedule and quality requirements.

● Knowledge of applicable regulations and divisional policies/guidelines, especially equipment design, equipment qualification, preventive maintenance and calibration.

● Demonstrated capability in vendor service contracts management.

● Demonstrated knowledge of our System Life Cycle Methodology.

● Understands maintenance programs and requirements (reliability-centered, preventative, predictive).

● Stewardship awareness, including cGMP, regulatory inspection preparation, and SHE.

● Demonstrated capability in the application of appropriate trouble-shooting and problem solving techniques.

● Effective communication skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams.

● Performance planning: objectives setting, metrics, action plan, reviews and performance management.

● Understands the site value stream and is customer focused.
