Your key responsibilities:

• Acting as a Production Support Analyst for the CB production team providing second level of support for the applications under the tribe working with key stakeholders and team members across the globe in 365 days, 24/7 working model
• As an individual contributor and prime liaison for the application suite into the incident, problem, change, release, capacity, and continuous improvement.
• Escalation, Management, and communication of major production incidents
• Liaising with development teams on new application handover and 3rd line escalation of issues
• Application rollout activities (may include some weekend activities)

• Update the RUN Book and KEDB as and when required.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in a L2 production support role.
• Good hands-on knowledge of databases (Oracle/PLSQL etc.), including working experience of writing SQL scripts and queries.
• Good hands-on experience on UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, Python, PowerShell scripts, tools for automation (RPA, Workload, Batch)

The ByteDance Large Model Team is committed to developing the most advanced AI large model technology in the industry, becoming a world-class research team, and contributing to technological and social development. The Large Model Team has a long-term vision and determination in the field of AI, with research directions covering NLP, CV, speech, and other areas. The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall maintenance operations of entire Hotel facility, including guest rooms, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, fire protection system, kitchen equipments, emergency power system, sewage system and related equipment in accordance with guest service, preventive maintenance and energy conservation standards and programs. • Carries out inspection of guest rooms after Preventive Maintenance. Reviews any problems with the Preventive Maintenance team and recheck room/suite before releasing to Housekeeping/Front Office.
• Assists in developing, implement and manage emergency programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with corporate standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, guests and associates, to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department.
• Reports to Chief Engineer, on a regular basis, regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structures, guest areas, service areas, related systems and equipment offering prudent and cost effective proposals for maintaining the same. Reviews reports, and initiates appropriate actions to carry out maintenance work effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
