Our Client is a Singapore based company in Medical Devices. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a QC Supervisor to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at West.

Duties:

• Guide and coach lab technicians.
• Inspect raw materials and conduct analyses on WIP and finished product samples.
• Support QA in failure analysis, corrective actions, and customer complaints.
• Assist with GMP audits, validations, and maintaining quality and technical files.
• Prepare technical reports, standards, and specifications for processes and products.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical/ Biotechnology or related field
• Possess supervisory experience in leading a team of technicians

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas for improvement to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage inventory systems to optimize time management.
• Monitor deliveries of raw materials for production and ensure stocks are arranged and dispatched using the FIFO system.
• Handle and prepare delivery orders and packing lists.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain accurate records for warehouse materials identification.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and plan for future capacity requirements.
• Coordinate with the production department to withdraw raw and packaging materials based on stock-out requests and material requisitions.
• Raise purchase orders as required and arrange maintenance for warehouse equipment.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Provide monthly inventory reports on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, as needed.
• Manage internal and external audit processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and security protocols for the warehouse and distribution areas.
• Adhere to relevant guidelines and policies, including GMP and ISO standards.
• Conduct refresher training for warehouse staff on standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Plan and supervise warehouse staff, assigning work schedules and monitoring inventory processes.
• Provide feedback or suggestions during team meetings.
• Handle additional tasks or projects as instructed by management.

Requirements:

• Class 3 license and Forklift license required
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
