Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage Daily Operations: Manage daily operations and the food production process to ensure efficient

and timely production

2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet

company and regulatory standrds

3.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring raw materials are available

when needed and minimizing waste

4.Staff Supervision: Supervise, train and monitor production staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and

production protocols.

5. Process optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency, cost

reduction, and quality enhancement

6.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety and food safety

regulations incuding HACCP and other relevant standards

7.Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate regular maintenance and repair of production equipment to

Requirements:

*Fluent in both Chinese & English with excellent billingual communications skills

*Extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine, particularly familiar with various Chinese Food

types and preparation methods

*Understanding of SFA Standards and regulations

*Able to work and willing to work on holidays if required

*Possess a Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate

Responsibilities

· Manage manufacturing operations, to ensure quality, production reliability, equipment maintenance and cost performance to meet customer requirements

· Schedule, execute and drive production activities and throughput according to production and delivery plan

· Support development of new products in terms of qualification, building Bill of Materials and drafting handling procedures

· Analyze and investigate customer complaint, to propose and lead implementation of improvement actions

· Facilitate production team to propose and implement projects & programs aiming to improve productivity/efficiency in the areas of automation, digitalization, and AI

· To build, train and lead a strong production team, lead to plan, execute Annual Training Plan for the manufacturing team

· Propose and draw plans to support company and departmental KPIs, review KPIs result regularly with team and propose improvement actions whereby needed

· Take lead in the continuous cost improvement/reduction programs through critical review of Production process. Seek yield improvement and output enhancement.

· Establish failure analysis methods & techniques. Analyze data and carries out manufacturability studies; suggest technical solutions/applications/latest manufacturing techniques.

· Responsible for the training, implementation and maintenance of Best Practices and Certifications/Standards.

· Participate in New Product transfer from customers.

· Participate and support any company’s business development/expansion strategies &policies implementation that relates to production and maintenance areas.

· Support site in obtaining and maintaining ISO14001, ISO9001, CQM and Common Criteria certifications

· Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.

Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering

· 5 to 8 years’ experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager

· Working experience in IC chip module mass production or IC chip module engineering environment.

· Working knowledge of die-attach process and equipment, wire-bonding process and equipment, encapsulation process and equipment, chip module testing process and equipment

· Experience in managing 100+ operators, technicians and engineers in a mass production environment

· Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and QEMS is preferred

We are looking for a research fellow to conduct research on manufacturing of colloidal metamaterials that will be applicable in diagnosis of diseases. The role will focus on synthesis and characterization of the developed materials across length scale and will focus on coupling the hybrid interfaces with biological molecules for optical detection.
