Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Sin Ming Ln. Our clients are doing Engine Servicing, Alternator Servicing, Control Panel Supply and Installation. You will be responsible for repairing and servicing various equipment and engines (Cummins, Volvo, Perkins, Man, Caterpillar, and Deutz) as scheduled by the Service Manager. The individual will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic circuits, including generators and control panels, and identify necessary parts for quotations. Testing and commissioning of engines and generators are also required. They should be able to read electrical and electronic drawings and conduct equipment surveys to determine the scope of repairs or services needed. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and repairing engine wiring harnesses and alternator wirings, constructing or modifying control panels (AC/DC) for engines and generators, and maintaining machinery, tools, and the service area.

• Expertise in maintaining microservices systems in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency with .NET, event-driven architecture, and data processing tools (Azure Event Hubs or Apache Kafka).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with relational and document-based databases.
• Knowledge of cloud PaaS/IaaS (Microsoft Azure preferred) and containerized microservice architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines is an advantage.

Site Project Engineer

Job Description :

* Manage and oversee the installation of membrane structures from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

* Oversee the on-site team, including contractors and technicians, to ensure that the installation of tensile and membrane structures is performed safely and according to design specifications.

* Address any on-site challenges related to the design, material installation, or structural integrity, collaborating with designers and structural engineers as needed.

* Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

* Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.

* Oversee the allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel for the site, ensuring efficient use of resources.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and report updates to management and clients.

Requirements :

* Min Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

* Min 2-3 years experience in managing construction or installation projects, particularly involving tensile or membrane structures, would be highly beneficial.

* Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, material properties (such as fabric, steel, and cables), and load-bearing calculations for tensile structures.

* Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, with strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.

* Ability to manage site operations, including labor and contractors, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

* Excellent communication skills to coordinate between various stakeholders and lead on-site teams.
