• Provide Reporting to Management, Authority, and HQ
• GST reporting and reconciliation
• Company’s Asset Accounting compliance
• Work with others to ensure a smooth Month-end closing
• Support AP/AR processing
• Liaise with auditors in your areas of responsibilities in quarterly audits.
• Prepare cost controlling reports and analysis

The candidate will have good opportunity to expose to other accounting and cost controlling functions such as tax preparation, tax compliance, full auditing, budgeting, manufacturing cost controlling, etc. from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in using SAP is an must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good analytical skills

Our client is a precision engineering manufacturer with strong presence in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a FP&A Analyst to be part of their FP&A team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.

Responsibility FP&A Analyst:

• Support the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Build financial models to forecast performance under different scenarios.
• Track budget performance, analyze variances, and explain discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management review.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units.
• Help establish specialized FP&A business partnerships, including areas like Commercial Finance, Production Costing, and R&D Finance.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in FP&A from manufacturing or similar setting
• Proficient in Financial Modelling
