• Act as a focal point for assigned systems related queries and issues
• Attend to system faults promptly and rectify them within defined SLAs & KPIs
• Server administration such as Active Directory, DNS, Databases, IIS security configuration and patching, and Backup/Restore
• Troubleshooting of VMWare, MS Windows technologies, AD, clustering and MS NLB (Network Load Balancing) especially troubleshooting.
• Experience or working knowledge of Disaster Recovery technologies helpful.
• Billingual on Wintel/Linux/Solaris
