• 5.5 day work week

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine manufacturing processes and equipment preparation (CIP, PT, SIP, etc.)
• Support day to day production activities and record data according to Electronic Batch Record (EBR) in compliance with GMP, Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines.
• Perform equipment and process monitoring
• Able to communicate with Supervisor/supporting functions for any safety, quality, and process irregularities
• Troubleshoot and resolve process related issues.
• Able to perform production area housekeeping (5S, Kanban, etc.)
• Review documentation of activities as per GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
• Use sophisticated softwares / programs (LIMS, SAP, DCS, MES, etc.) to collect and evaluate data
• Responsible for maintaining and meeting training requirements.
• Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/ITE in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical or biotechnology equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant biotechnologist/laboratory experience, familiar in GMP and/or Upstream/Downstream/Central Services. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Basic skills and knowledge in Fermentation Cell culture, Bioreactor processing, Media and Buffer Preparation and downstream processing is an added advantage.
• Able to do rotating 12-hour shift work.
• Team player that possesses troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Must be able to carry heavy load of up to 10kgs where applicable.
• Based in Tuas

• Oversee and be responsible to ensure compliance to all legal statutory regulations and head quarter’s requirements in C&B function e.g. MOM and employee related, RBA etc .
• Ensure competitiveness in compensation with benchmarking with companies in manufacturing/ contract manufacturing/ semicon industries.
• Plan and oversee that the yearly merit increment and appraisal process is executed and completed timely.
• Propose competitive compensation package for salary adjustment including promotion and upgrade cases.

• Provide guidance to HR Administrator in aspect of Training & Development
• Oversee the training and development needs of employees to enhance overall skills and career development with the aim of attaining business objectives.
• Source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using the competency model.
• Act as an internal consultant to build and facilitate the implementation of learning and development solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity and preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related function.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Meticulous, flexible, open-minded and possesses positive attitude.
• Hands-on and be able to engage the teams.
• Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.s

The Site Engineer will be managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. The Site Engineer should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines. The Site Engineer should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills, display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.

Required experience in bored pile works, diaphragm wall and deep soil mixing.

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
• Set out, level and survey the site.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects.
