We are looking for a Machine Learning engineer to be part of our Video Analytics team, who is passionate about building products that the customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-pace environment and work with our product development team to design, build and roll-out our "Deep Learning enabled" Video Analytics Software suite that deliver STEngg's vision and strategy in this domain.

In this role, you will be involved with the end-to-end implementation of deep learning models to tackle a broad range of real-world video analytics problems. You will be expected to translate state-of-the-art techniques into working products and deploy them at scale and edge.

Responsibilities:

• Train and maintain production quality deep learning models
• Optimize and deploy these models to customers
• Carry out research to develop new techniques to improve performance of existing deep learning models and building new models

Requirements:

• Possess fundamental software engineering skills.
• Proficient in python, experience in C++ is preferred.
• Experience in training and productising ML models, benchmarking performance and accuracy.
• Experience with training models on deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe2 and/or MXNet for computer vision tasks such as object detection, classification, and tracking
• Understanding of deep learning optimization concepts such as pruning, quantization, and the impact of accelerators on throughput, latency and cost
• Experience in building and optimizing ML pipelines using TensorRT or DeepStream is preferred.

• Assists the Project Manager in managing and supervising the execution of production works and ensuring the delivery of assigned projects

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Senior System Engineer is responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues and conducting root cause analysis. He is also required to manage change request through changes requests processes including requirement gathering, impact analysis, design, testing to integrate the change to existing environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Delivery

• Gather business and/or application requirements on the infrastructure, conduct impact analysis, suggest design/re-design to integrate the change into the existing environment
• Test systems in accordance to specifications & service level. Where relevant, perform the necessary system programming & configuration
• Manage systems changes through established change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
• Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures
• Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability
• Monitor the agreed service level (.e.g. service request, system availability), document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
• Execute service continuity measures, e.g. backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan dry run to ensure continuous operation of the business

Deployment Phase

• Involve in the design, build and test of the environment infrastructure for Exchange, Lync, Ironport and other associated peripheral to deliver the whole Messaging and collaboration service
• Involve in the design, build and test of the environment infrastructure for Redhat, Google Apps, VMWare, GSA and other associated peripheral to deliver the whole Messaging and collaboration service in the cloud
• Involve in migration of users from old infrastructure to new infrastructure and manage the allocated resources to ensure successful migration

Production Support

• Ensure that the operation for Infrastructure Services are running smoothly and manage vendors such as hardware and software providers for hardware replacement and performance tuning and capacity planning
• Required to be on standby for escalation of major incident and ensuring that incident are handled according to SOP and addressed promptly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 - 7 years of experience in supporting server infrastructure for Redhat Linux, Wintel, Google Apps, VMWare, Cyrus (OpenSource IMAP), Azure and GSA (Google Search Appliance)
• Experience in Nutanix will be advantageous

The role of the DMZ Network Implementation Engineer is to provide technical implementation services for various projects ranging from Design and Implementation of new DMZ towers, enabling new customers to allow connectivity through existing DMZ towers, upgrade/refresh of existing DMZ towers and associated activities.

The resource must have Japanese speaking capability (either JLPT 1 / JLPT 2 level).
