T & C Manufacturing is looking for candidates with the following pre-requisites:

Job Descriptions as follows:

1. To perform sensory evaluation, chemical and microbiological analysis on products and raw materials.
2. Understand sampling plan and methods of sampling and carry out raw materials and products sampling according to sampling plan if necessary.
3. Preparation of laboratory culture media and reagents when necessary
4. Prepare product sample upon request by customers or for internal and external lab testing
5. To record all information required into the provided inspection form and master list.
6. Maintain good housekeeping of the lab and equipments.
7. To inform QC HOD on lab inventory status to purchase necessary items and equipments for analysis.
8. Report to HOD if any non-conformances found on raw materials and products.
9. Keeping retained raw material product sample according to production date for future reference in case any quality dispute from customers.
10. To participate in company level activity task and duty from time to time.

• Ensure that all quality check procedures that put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
• Educate production team on quality control issues and work with production supervisor to improve overall company safety and product quality.

What a Manufacturing Technologist does at HP:

• Support Ink Plant Maintenance activities - equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration and innovation projects, including all applicable forms of Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
• Provide Day-to-Day operational support to all manufacturing activities in the to sustain operations within operating specifications, perform appropriate levels of maintenance and unscheduled troubleshooting to equipment to maintain the highest uptime, MTTR and MTBF, including liaison with OEM for support.

Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess:

• Achieving target inventory levels of whitestock / finished inventories at site and at market and minimizing obsolescence.
• Optimal resource planning in production direct labour and shift pattern in alignment with stakeholders.

JOB PURPOSE

As a member of the production shift team, the job holder will operate and monitor the chemical production activities in the plant, ensuring that the product is manufactured within set production schedule and to the required standards of quality in a safe, efficient, responsible and cost effective manner.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The job holder will report to the Shift Supervisor and his deputy working alongside with other chemical technicians.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operate the different streams of the plant for their specific processes. Each of these processes comprises the following activities.

• Handover checks computerised and/or manual.
• Obtaining, following and completing process related documentation.
• Pre and post batch cleaning of vessels and lines.
• Pre batch checks.
• Charging vessels either manually or via a pump.
• Post charging checks and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Adjusting and monitoring process conditions as required to start the process.
• Monitoring process; both with computer and manually observing temperature, pressure, flow, pH, volume, colour, moisture content and adjusting the parameters accordingly.
• Carrying out routine sampling and Bulk packing and testing of samples as required.
• Recognise end point of the reaction and altering process parameter to stop reaction.
• Transferring product to the next stage.

1. Comply with HSE and quality policies and defined procedures. Bring out unsafe conditions and acts / procedures for correction.
2. Record all operational and analytical data on the appropriate documents and inform the Shift Supervisor of any process abnormalities.
3. Maintain product separation and accurate labelling of all documents, bags and vessels at all times.
4. Carry out routine checks and scheduled cleaning procedures including cleanrooms.
5. Request and collect raw materials and consumables, observe clean areas procedures, monitor raw materials stock and notify Shift Supervisor for any abnormalities.
6. Notify Shift Supervisor of requirements for maintenance. Prepare equipment before maintenance work e.g. depressurizing, cleaning of lines and equipment, de-energizing, LOTO etc.
7. Perform basic maintenance of equipment using tools such as TPM.
8. At the Shift Supervisor's request, to carry out on-the-job training of other Chemical Technicians, incorporating cGMP and safety procedures.
9. To observe cGMP and Health & Safety rules and regulations at work at all times in accordance with Company set standards.
10. To be aware of the potentially hazardous nature of the chemicals in the area and must take the appropriate precautions when using them.
11. Maintain housekeeping of the plant and provide suggestions for improvements.
12. To operate ancillary facilities e.g. water system, tank farms, solvent recovery etc.

Job Description

• Managing IQC, IPQC, OQC, Quality Team and Laboratory Team
• Establish and report Process & Quality KPIs necessary to ensure performance.
• Contribute to defining and implementing the standards & tools for a comprehensive Quality Management program pertaining to Production.
• Contribute to defining and implementing the standards & tools for a comprehensive Quality Management program pertaining to Production.
• Implement and maintain Integrated Management System to meet the government regulations and company policy.
• Oversee and manage the quality complaint & feedback process for customers and ensure the flagged issues are resolved efficiently with effective communication and coordination with internal /external parties.
• Support business unit to seek for the continuous quality improvement opportunities through information / best practice sharing and training.
• Lead Analytical Laboratory and Quality Technicians in products analysis and testing to support the productions overall aspect and provide stable results of products Quality.
• Implementing, maintaining and continuous review the quality control and assurance systems of the plant, ensure compliance.
• Implementing and maintaining Company’s Integrated Management Systems, Manual and Procedures (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001，IATF16949), ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the IMS System;
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Job Purpose

Provide strong technical expertise and leadership in Process Development of project transfer and start-up. Responsible for the overall Process Optimization of the project. Work closely with team to ensure successful implementation of project. Lead and/or support the team for new product transfer I development, equipment design, processes optimization and qualifications efforts. To ensure compliance to ISO/FDA, cGMPs, HSE regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities

• To lead the overall process development & optimzation aspects of project implementation to deliver results within projected timeline, excellent execution and documentation.

• To ensure detail planning and prioritization of studies based on DS-FMEA in cooperation with SME’s

• To coordinate and ensure execution of planned studies in cooperation with line operation team

• Coordination of required lens measurements under consideration of resources (AS&T, GWS), studies and timeline

• To analyze, evaluate, present and report study results to GWS process development team

• To ensure timely Pre-PQ readiness

• To lead design reviews for processes equipment and work with global/ R&D team to develop and transfer the technology to site.

• To develop and execute equipment and processes validation approach / plan.

• To lead and execute new equipment and processes installation, optimization, commissioning, qualification and validation.

• To proactively communicate project progress, key issues and any other critical topics in a timely manner to the appropriate management level and vendors.

Requirements
