Good technical Skills with Unix scripting, Sql, oracle and production support.
Knowledge in Java or web technologies, will be preferred.
Experience in ITIL processes.
Able to interact and coordinate efficiently with other IT Sections and within Core Application Team itself.
Prepare/update Technical Specifications and end user system job instructions documents.
Liaise with external parties pertaining to system collaboration and system testing.
Observe, maintain and comply with the KPIs, work instructions, guidelines, security controls, audit controls and governance set.
Ensure quality deliverables, documentation, reporting for work assigned and performed.
Willingness to work on call support on weekends / public holidays.
