Job Descriptions:

• Identify process capabilities, develop, optimize, and implement new technologies to enhance throughput.
• Manage subcontractors by engaging their services and ensuring safety rules are enforced during their work within company premises.
• Prepare and execute technical studies, process validation assessments, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in Process Safety Assessments.
• Implement and enforce production safety requirements.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the Quality Management System.
• Contribute to Production/Engineering/Warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Identify production/engineering root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist in technology transfer and the implementation of new equipment and technologies.
• Execute training programs, establish documentation, and procedural control for current and new equipment.
• Implement and oversee the continuous improvement program.
• Develop maintenance plans for all process-related equipment and ensure effective execution.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years' process experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
• Preferably 1-2 years of facility and equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to work, adept at problem identification and solving, and high self-motivation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
