Job Descriptions:
- Identify process capabilities, develop, optimize, and implement new technologies to enhance throughput.
- Manage subcontractors by engaging their services and ensuring safety rules are enforced during their work within company premises.
- Prepare and execute technical studies, process validation assessments, protocols, and reports.
- Participate in Process Safety Assessments.
- Implement and enforce production safety requirements.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the Quality Management System.
- Contribute to Production/Engineering/Warehouse improvement initiatives.
- Identify production/engineering root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Assist in technology transfer and the implementation of new equipment and technologies.
- Execute training programs, establish documentation, and procedural control for current and new equipment.
- Implement and oversee the continuous improvement program.
- Develop maintenance plans for all process-related equipment and ensure effective execution.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.
- Minimum of 2 years' process experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
- Preferably 1-2 years of facility and equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to work, adept at problem identification and solving, and high self-motivation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
