As a Manager, Learning & Training, the incumbent is responsible for developing, planning and managing the site overall learning and development strategy for organizational culture, behaviors, talent and leadership development. JOB SCOPE

• Develop, Implement Learning & Development strategy aligned to business strategy, with clear priorities.

• Site lead to manage external L&D related vendors.
• Supporting risk management and governance – CLC’s and various compliance / quality audit
• System optimization and continuous improvement in Learning and Development processes.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, learning and development, organization development or a related discipline
• Min 10 years L&D experience and/ or HR professional handling L&D or organization development tasks across different levels of employees in the same business unit, preferably in manufacturing multinational organizations.
• Experience in plan, design, deploy, facilitate, and conduct training.
• Good communication skills, strong learning agility, dynamic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• At least 3 years as site lead/manager role in L&D.
